Today, we mourn the loss of Nederland native Victor Lovelady, a man that ensured his family knew his wisdom and his love. It is with great sadness that we must say goodbye to Victor under these circumstances. The terrorist attack on the BP plant in Algeria was a true act of evil against hard-working, innocent civilians. My thoughts and prayers are with the Lovelady family. May God bless and comfort those who escaped, as well as the families of those who lost their lives.
