Congressman Randy Weber (R-Friendswood) released the following statement on U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer’s decision to rule against the Administration in a challenge, made by House Republicans, to a portion of the Affordable Care Act:

“This is a solid victory for the American people. While a step forward towards dismantling this onerous law, we know the fight is not over. The Administration will undoubtedly appeal this decision and continue their fight to keep the President’s health care law in place. It is imperative Members of Congress remain vigilant, and repeal Obamacare once and for all.”
