Rep. Weber votes to launch Impeachment Inquiry into Joe Biden

Washington, D.C. - Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Weber (TX-14) voted in favor of H.Res. 918 to formalize ongoing investigations into President Biden being conducted by the House Committees on Oversight and Accountability, Ways and Means, and Judiciary into whether sufficient grounds exist for the House to impeach President Biden. The resolution establishes procedures for carrying out impeachment hearings in each committee.

"This is a step in the right direction to continue our fact-finding mission into the corruption of Joe Biden without the Biden Administration undermining the investigation,” said Rep. Weber. “The American people have a right to know if the criminal bribery scheme allegations are true and whether Biden was tangled up in his son's business dealings. We will continue to follow the very damning facts that have already been uncovered and continue to reveal the truth to the American people about President Biden's involvement in his family's foreign business dealings."
