WEBER ACTS TO CONDEMN PARIS TERRORIST ATTACKS

Today, the United States House of Representatives passed unanimously House Resolution 637. The resolution condemns the recent terrorist attacks in Paris. Representative Randy Weber (R-Friendswood) voted in support of the resolution and made the following statement:

“On January 7, seventeen innocent lives were lost at the barbaric hands of Islamic extremists. We, in the United States House of Representatives, stand united with our allies in France during this time of grief. The Paris attacks were nothing but a cowardly attempt to scare and destroy the right to free speech. These attacks are just another reminder that we cannot let our guard down and underestimate terrorist regimes that seek to destroy life and liberty.”
