In a letter to current Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, the Texas Congressional Delegation showed their support for his decision to challenge President Obama’s executive action on amnesty in court. Representative Randy Weber (R-Friendswood) made the following statement:

“The President has made it clear that he will act unilaterally to further push his liberal agenda. I support the efforts of Governor-Elect Greg Abbott to ensure that Texas and the Constitution are protected against President Obama’s dictatorial actions.”
