Rep. Weber Issues Statement on President's Midterm Press Conference
Washington, DC,
November 5, 2014
Today, President Obama reacted to the 2014 midterm election results and spoke with the press about his priorities for the remaining time of the 113th Congress. Representative Randy Weber (R-Friendswood) made the following statement: “The President said he hears the frustration of voters. However, the President has made it clear he will use his pen at every opportunity to squeeze in anything which benefits his agenda. The American people have only received higher taxes, unreliable healthcare and more government intrusion from the President’s agenda. For the remainder of the 113th Congress and looking towards the next, I remain committed to advocating for hardworking American families who want more of their paycheck in their pockets and government out of their lives.” ### |
