January 20th marked the one-year anniversary of Joe Biden being sworn in as President of the United States and the one-year anniversary of one-party far-left Democrat rule in Washington. The result? A year of unprecedented crises. The American people face an economic crisis, an energy crisis, a border crisis, an education crisis, a crime crisis, a COVID-19 crisis, and a national security crisis because of Biden and Congressional Democrats' failed leadership and Far-Left Socialist agenda. Yet, during a rare Press Conference, Biden asked “What are Republicans for?” That answer is simple: We are for freedom. For family. For security. For prosperity. And we fight for the American people. To secure our border. To stop Socialist tyranny. To save America. BIDEN’S YEAR OF CRISIS: An Economic Crisis: Inflation is taxation, and it has gone up every month of Biden's presidency. Now, Americans are paying more for just about everything. - Last year, Biden’s Economic Crisis cost the average worker nearly two paychecks and cost the average family $3,500.
- Inflation has increased every month of Joe Biden’s presidency.
- Real wages have decreased under Biden 8 out of 11 months since his first full month in office.
- The December jobs report was the worst of Joe Biden’s presidency with only 199,000 jobs being added.
An Energy Crisis: Since taking office, Biden has enacted an anti-energy agenda that has caused energy prices to skyrocket. - The national average for a gallon of gas reached $3.28 per gallon in December 2021, with a total rise of 49.6% for the year.
- Americans are now paying 49.6% more for gas.
- This is the most Americans have paid at the pump since the Obama-Biden Administration.
- Home heating costs are projected to rise an average of 30% for American households heating their homes with natural gas this winter and 54% for those using propane.
A Border Crisis: Border security is national security, and because of Biden and Congressional Democrats’ open-border policies, every state is a border state. - Since Biden took office, over 1.8 MILLION illegal immigrants have been apprehended at our southern border.
- The number of illegal crossings at the border has risen at a faster rate under Biden than at any time in recent history.
- Out of 104,171 migrants issued Notices to Report by ICE between the end of March and the end of August 2021, 47,705 failed to report within that timeframe.
- An unthinkable amount of fentanyl and fentanyl-related substances are coming across our border. Under President Biden’s watch, more pounds of fentanyl were seized at the southern border in FY2021 than in the previous two years combined.
An Education Crisis: Biden promised to work to re-open schools in his first 100 days, but his administration secretly worked with teacher union bosses to keep schools closed and label concerned parents as “domestic terrorists.” - Under Biden’s failed leadership, remote learning for many kids is becoming a new normal.
- By forcing many students to stay in online school longer than needed, the Biden Administration hurt low-income students the most.
- The Biden Administration reportedly "solicited the much-criticized letter from the National School Boards Association (NSBA)" that compared concerned parents to "domestic terrorists" in September.
- Concerned parents are NOT domestic terrorists.
- Parents are right to be concerned about their kids being taught radical ideologies or exposed to inappropriate instructional materials – parents should be engaged.
- Instead of advocating for school choice and parental rights, the Biden Administration wants to take complete control of our children’s education.
A Crime Crisis: Following a year of defunding the police rhetoric from President Biden and Congressional democrats, over a dozen major U.S. cities had record high homicide rates in 2021. - At least 16 U.S. cities have set new homicide records in 2021, according to local police departments.
- In 2021, there were 346 officers shot, 63 of whom were killed by gunfire.
- In 2021, there were 103 ambush-style attacks on law enforcement officers, a 115% increase from 2020.
A Covid Crisis: Although Biden promised to “shut down” the virus, he FAILED to lead and left many Americans struggling to find tests and many schools still closed. - Biden’s failed leadership has resulted in the United States having the highest daily tally of new COVID-19 cases of any country in the world.
- This month, the U.S. broke the record for most Covid hospitalizations at over 132,000.
- More Americans died from COVID-19 in 2021 than in 2020.
- Biden and Biden alone is to blame for the COVID-19 testing shortage that America is facing.
A National Security Crisis: Biden has been weak on the world stage. He has been unable to stand up to our foreign adversaries or with our allies in times of need. Because of Biden's weakness, our adversaries in Beijing, Tehran, and Moscow are stronger today. - Biden is to blame for the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan. No one else.
- Biden showed he is incapable of standing up to Putin and instead, is building a pipeline for him. Now, Russia is emboldened because of Biden’s failed leadership.
- President Biden and his administration have proven that they will not hold Communist China accountable for its lack of transparency and mishandling of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The right to life is the foundation upon which all other rights are built - that's why the tragedy of abortion is the greatest human rights issue of our day, and why I'm proud to have earned an A+ rating on Susan B. Anthony List's pro-life scorecard. Many conveniently forget that America’s founding and its Constitution began with the Declaration of Independence, which adopted ancient principles in its opening paragraphs. The very first of these confirm that sound government should be based on self-evident, truths so obvious, so rational, and so morally sound that their authenticity is beyond reasonable dispute. And that equal station of mankind here on earth is a cosmic reality, an obvious and inherent aspect of the law of nature and of nature's God, who’s 5th commandment is clear: "Thou shall not kill." Elected and appointed officials have an obligation to uphold the Constitution, but more importantly, as children of God, to do HIS will. We must fight to make Hyde permanent. The staggering scale of abortion in America not only reflect a decline in our morality and a rejection of GOD's word, but evinces alarmingly the erosion of our Constitution and its founding principles. Psalm 33:12 says, "Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD." If we are to preserve all that is great about this exceptional nation, we must serve HIM, and keep fighting until every human life is protected under the law.

Friends,
The Supreme Court blocked the Biden administration from enforcing a vaccine-or testing mandate for large employers. But in a modest victory for President Biden, the court allowed a more limited mandate requiring health care workers at facilities receiving federal money to be vaccinated. The vote in the employer mandate case was 6 to 3, with the liberal justices in dissent. The vote in the health care case was 5 to 4, with Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh joining the liberal justices to form a majority. But I want to hear from you!

Do you agree with the Supreme Court's decision allowing a more limited mandate requiring health care workers at facilities receiving federal money to be vaccinated?
