In the weeks since Harvey made landfall, not once but twice, we have seen our communities, states, and nation come together. Neighbors and strangers alike stepped up to help each other. Texans and imported Texans brought boats and supplies. Countless lives were saved by ordinary people who just wanted to help.

We all know that Harvey recovery will be a long road. However, your Texas Delegation is hard at work, both for you and with you.

Residents and businesses in declared counties who sustained disaster related damage due to Hurricane Harvey may apply for assistance by registering online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov. Registering online is the quickest way to register for FEMA assistance. If you do not have access to the internet you may register by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or 1-800-462-7585. If you use 711 relay or Video Relay Service (VRS), call 800-621-3362, directly. The toll-free telephone numbers will operate from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week until further notice.
DRCs are one-stop shops for storm survivors seeking help. To find the nearest DRC use asd.fema.gov/inter/locator/home.htm.
